Ms. Vicki Samuel is a Chartered Certified Accountant with more than 25 years experience providing Accounting and Financial services to clients in Saint Lucia and the UK. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FACCA) and has more than 10 year’s experience working with NGOs in Saint Lucia. She has been awarded a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Accounting and Finance by Oxford Brookes University in the UK, where her Master’s thesis focused on development of financial protocols for Small NGOs in Saint Lucia. Ms. Samuel has been associated with CLEAR Caribbean from inception and continues to provide support to the organisation.
